1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the Pipflare platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Pipflare provides software for market analysis, strategy design, backtesting and automated order routing to third-party brokers. Pipflare is a technology provider: we are not a broker, custodian, or investment adviser, and nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
3. Risk disclosure
Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance — including backtested performance — is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You are solely responsible for any trading decision executed through your accounts, including decisions taken by automated strategies you configure.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Demo accounts are provided for evaluation, run on virtual balances, and may expire or be reset at any time.
5. Broker connections and agents
When you connect a brokerage account or install a Pipflare agent, you authorise the Service to transmit orders and read account data on your behalf. Your relationship with any broker is governed solely by your agreement with that broker. You are responsible for keeping agent software up to date and for the security of machines it runs on.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to breach its security, reverse-engineer non-public components, abuse rate limits, resell access without permission, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew per the billing interval shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply from the next renewal.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipflare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for trading losses of any kind, arising from your use of the Service — including delays, outages, data inaccuracies or order-routing failures.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
