1. What we collect
Account data (name, email, hashed password), usage data (pages visited, actions performed, device and IP information for security), trading configuration (strategies, risk settings, broker connections) and, where you connect a broker or agent, the account and trade data needed to operate those connections.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service: authentication, executing and monitoring your configured strategies, fraud and abuse prevention (including rate limiting and CAPTCHA), support, and transactional email such as verification and password-reset messages. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Broker credentials and secrets
Broker API credentials and integration secrets are stored encrypted at rest and are write-only in the administration interfaces. Agent communication is authenticated per connection and commands are cryptographically signed.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly functional cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions and interface preferences. Third-party services we embed for security (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile) may set their own cookies solely to perform their function.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Security and audit logs are kept for a limited period required for operations and compliance, then deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
6. Sharing
Data is shared only with processors necessary to run the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment providers for paid plans) and with brokers you explicitly connect. Each processor is bound by data-protection obligations.
7. Your rights
You can access and update your profile in the app, and request a copy or deletion of your data. Contact us via the contact page for any privacy request.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be announced on the platform.
